Setup Email on your iPhone or iPod touch

This information will allow you to setup the iPhone email app to get/send email with CalicoHosting.com's servers.

iPhone/iPod Touch Email Settings

1. If this is the first account you're setting up on the iPhone or the iPod Touch, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen choose Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
2. Choose your email account type. For setting up email to work with your Calico Hosting service choose Other.
3. Select server type - POP, and enter account information:
4. Your address is your entire email address.
5. Incoming AND outgoing mail servers and/or Host Name is mail.yourdomain.com - (replacing "yourdomain.com" with your domain.)
6. Your device might try to connect. It will likely fail. Don't worry.
7. When you're done with the initial setup, choose - Settings > Mail > choose your account...
8. Click Advanced and turn SSL off.
9. If you can't connect, please religiously check for typos. Make sure your password is correct and that you've entered the mail servers and username/email address correctly.
